SB 224 -- ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

This bill repeals a provision that prohibited a corporation from
changing the name of an incorporator in an amended articles of
incorporation.  A restated articles of incorporation may omit the
names of the incorporators, the names and addresses of the
original board of directors, and any provision contained in an
amendment that was necessary to effect a change, exchange,
reclassification, subdivision, combination, or cancellation of
stock if it has become effective.
